Having special sound effects going off in your ears is beyond annoying but there are many cures for tinnitus that may work for you before you go crazy with annoyance and frustration, to shut off these sounds that in most cases only you can hear.
While many in the medical profession may feel that tinnitus is not as serious as medical conditions such as diabetes, for the person with this affliction, it can be pure torture.
